Shipping
All in stock orders are shipped within 48 hours, although we usually ship within 24 hours. Occasionally and order may need to be shipped directly from the manufacturer. This may take longer, but you will be notified about the status of your order.
In the US and Canada, we are currently offering flat rate shipping of $6.95, with free shipping when your order reaches $75.00. We ship USPS priority mail and include delivery confirmation on each order. Insurance is always an option upon request, and the customer is responsible for the cost of the insurance. We are willing to ship internationally on most products, please inquire for rates. Also, a lower shipping amount is sometimes available for an accesories only order, so please ask!
Returns and Exchanges
We strive to help each parent find the perfect carrier for their needs. For this reason, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges, with some guidelines. If you have difficulty with your new carrier, contact us first. We will assist you in wearing your carrier in a safe and comfortable manner. If you would still like to return your order, we will gladly accept your carrier in new, unwashed, resalable condition for a refund or store credit. Returns must be made within 30 calendar days of the original order or within 30 calendar days of your baby's birth if the carrier was a gift.
Layaway
For your shopping convenience, we offer a layaway program. Layaways require a 25% down payment and you have 60 days to pay the balance. Add the item or items you are interested in purchasing to your cart and use the code LAYAWAY during checkout to calculate your down payment. This down payment is non refundable, but it can be converted to store credit if you change your mind. The exception to this is if you cancel a layaway on a clearance item or a special order. In this case, any payment above the 25% will be refunded. Layaway is available on instock, sale items, preorders, and custom orders. If an item goes on sale during your layaway period, you have the option of receiving the sale price with a payment in full during the sale period. Putting an item on layaway that is currently on sale, locks in that sale price for 60 days.
